Katie Dryden – Integrative Therapist

Specialisms – Adults. Neurodiversity.

Katie is a compassionate integrative counsellor who works collaboratively with each client, tailoring her approach to suit their individual needs. Her work is underpinned by person-centred values and draws from a range of therapeutic models to offer flexible, personalised support. With a strong belief in the value of understanding your life story, Katie helps you explore how past experiences may be shaping your present challenges, emotionally, relationally, or behaviourally and empower you to discover your own solutions.

Katie has a special interest in neurodiversity and is passionate about creating a space where all clients, whether neurodivergent or neurotypical, can feel seen, respected, and supported. Katie currently works for a charity that provides support through play for children with physical and learning disabilities and their families. She also volunteers as part of a team of compassionate neighbours with Princess Alice Hospice.
