Following a strong academic and clinical foundation in mental health, Natalia is currently training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) through a four-year accredited programme with the Hellenic Society for Behaviour Research and Therapy. She is also pursuing her counselling training with LC&CTA (Level 3), awarded by the Counselling and Psychotherapy Central Awarding Body (CPCAB), continuing her commitment to integrative and person-centred care.
Natalia offers CBT-based therapy, working with individuals to explore and understand how thoughts, feelings, and behaviours interact. She supports clients in developing practical tools to cope with challenges, make sense of emotional experiences, and move toward greater balance and wellbeing. Her approach is compassionate, collaborative, and evidence-based.
Natalia holds a Master of Science in Mental Health Studies from King’s College London, where she specialised in Psychological Therapies, Clinical Psychology, and Community Mental Health. Her dissertation—a qualitative exploration of the emotional well-being of women with type 2 diabetes—is due to be published in Diabetic Medicine. She also holds a BSc in Psychology from the Aristotelian University of Thessaloniki (graduated with distinction), and is a Graduate Member of the British Psychological Society.
Her professional experience spans diverse clinical and community settings in both the UK and Greece. She has worked as an Assistant Psychologist in a private psychiatric clinic and currently supports adults with complex psychological needs through her role in a Community Mental Health Team within the NHS.
Natalia believes that therapy is a journey of self-discovery and growth. She aims to offer a safe, respectful, and nurturing space where clients feel heard and empowered to take positive steps in their mental health journey.
Outside her professional work, Natalia finds joy in travelling, writing, and playing the piano—creative outlets that support her own wellbeing and reflective practice.
