It can also lead to a new self-understanding and approach to our relationships. It can help us find a new way of being, even when we are in the latter years of life and struggling with new and ongoing life issues.
Integrative Relational counselling is a talking therapy with the focus of being in relation to self and other and this is used to enhance the working alliance between counsellor and client. The strength of the working alliance is considered to be the key factor in the success of the client’s experience of therapy and enhances the possibility of growth and change.
