Life can be tough and Julie feels that counselling can help us find ways to through the rough times and navigate the rocky paths. It can also lead to a new self-understanding and approach to our relationships. It can help us find a new way of being, even when we are in the latter years of life and struggling with new and ongoing life issues.
Integrative Relational counselling is a talking therapy with the focus of being in relation to self and other and this is used to enhance the working alliance between counsellor and client.
