Tina Moradian – CBT Therapist
Specialisms – Anxiety, Depression, Single Event PTSD, Low Self-Esteem, Stress
Tina is a qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist pending accreditation since completing her post graduate diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. She has experienced working in different mental health services since achieving both her Bachelor of Science and Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology. She has co-facilitated group therapy sessions using CBT based interventions, and currently works with individuals focusing on anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, OCD, and phobia.
Her interest in pursuing a career as a CBT therapist stems from first-hand experience of witnessing the benefits CBT can have on an individual’s life. She is trained to offer support via online video call for Cognitive Behavioural Therapy offered by Mind-Growth Mastery.
Tina finds that spending her spare time creating her own artwork, cooking, and travelling to different countries improves her own mental well-being. She aims to inspire and help individuals understand their own journey with mental health by encouraging them to talk about their thoughts, emotions and feelings.
