How well is your wellbeing?
It’s not all about mind, or body, wellbeing is a combination of both. The dictionary definition describes wellbeing as “a state of being comfortable, healthy or happy”. We aim to help you become all of these things and signpost you to many great services throughout our area.
For starters, pop a spare half hour in your diary and take a look at the presentation below. It’s aimed to make you take a bit of time to think about how well you are doing with your own wellbeing, what’s going well and where you could make improvements.
