Workplace Wellbeing
We help you look after the wellbeing of your employees – no matter the size of your company.
Wellbeing in the workplace is essential. Employers that recognise the importance of wellbeing at work, not only attract better talent, but retain their workforce longer, have lower incidence of sickness and a more productive, engaged workforce. Wellbeing strategies do not have to be excessive, or costly, but supporting staff wellbeing in a small way, can have a large impact.
We have the full package to make a difference to wellbeing in your company.
We spend a large proportion of our lives at work, so if your employees are unhappy or unhealthy this will reflect on your business.
It’s a sad fact that in 2022/2023 1.8 million working people experienced a work-related illness, of which 875,000 workers experienced work-related stress, depression or anxiety and 473,000 workers suffered from a work-related musculoskeletal disorder (source Health & Safety Executive). There are simple steps that employers can take to ensure their own environment is healthier, happier and reduce absence!
Our wellbeing services include THERAPY, TRAINING, WELLBEING ASSOCIATES and ONLINE COURSES. We can provide a range of options from a One Day Away Day package to access to expert therapists or training Mental Health First Aiders in your workplace.

Mental Health First Aiders
Nobody wants their hard-working people to be suffering in silence. A Mental Health First Aider receives training to spot early warning signs of mental health issues at work, has the skills to listen in a confidential space and is able to point to the right support if necessary.
At Mind Growth Mastery, we are able to deliver Mental Health First Aid training and have access to a professional team of therapists if and when your employees may require additional support.
Our Mental Health First Aid Training courses are run by MHFA England instructors. You can find more information on this service HERE.
Wellbeing Services
It’s not all about mind, or body, wellbeing is a combination of both. The dictionary definition describes wellbeing as “a state of being comfortable, healthy or happy”. We aim to help you become all of these things and signpost you to many great services throughout our area.
For starters, pop a spare half hour in your diary and take a look at the presentation on our wellbeing page. It’s aimed to make you take a bit of time to think about how well you are doing with your own wellbeing, what’s going well and where you could make improvements.
If you’d like to then learn more about our future courses and events please sign up to our mailing list.
Individual Counselling & Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
The therapy team is available for you to contact them directly and confidentially via our website. You can view therapists here.
We can also offer a confidential mental health support service where you can access our specialist therapy services with a corporate reduction via Mind Growth Mastery.
Eye opening discussion on how to recognise signs of potentially ill mental health in others and ourselves as well as a key difference in how we can be there for others (empathy v. sympathy)
Bespoke Corporate Training Client – May 2024
The course was great, it helped me realise that I’m not alone when it comes to suffering with mental health and helps remove the stigmatism that is often associated with mental health. It was great also hearing how to approach others that might be suffering its not always best to go in with a mind set of I can fix this, but rather just listen and be there.
Bespoke Corporate Training Client – May 2024
Thank you so much for a fantastic two days – I really enjoyed the course and learned so much. I feel confident and able to have discussions with people now where I wasn’t so sure before.
